Abstract: The issue of innovative processes activity in corporate business is considered in this paper. The conceptual model of innovative infrastructure of the region is suggested. The model includes corporate universities and their research methodology centre. The conclusion the authors came to about mutual impact of new infrastructural elements on innovative activity of universities and academic institutes is well grounded.
