Abstract: In clause the work of bodies of local self-management on overcoming the negative crisis phenomena is analyzed. The anticrisis measures spent by municipalities of the Ural region are opened. Is shown, that the self-development of territories depends on financial, organizational and administrative resources available at municipal formations.
