Abstract: The basic sources of reforming of bank system of region, their structure and the maintenance are specified. The analysis of their current state is carried out, tendencies and development reserves are revealed. Influence of rational use of sources of reforming and development on prospects of interaction of bank system and the enterprises of real economy of region is revealed.
