Abstract: The notice in the article is taken of results of social development of Russian economy during the period from the beginning of the 1990th till 2010. Functioning regularities of social sectors of national household are made known. The approach of social structure and social effectiveness analysis is concerned. The analysis of social investments on an example of public health service is carried out.
