Abstract: In the clause the importance of ethnodemographic factor in the conditions of an openness of regional economy is proved, its internal structure is determined, the basic of qualitative-quantitative characteristics of ethnodemographic processes for regions of Ural are established and conclusions about various influence of ethnodemographic factor on economy of studied macroregion are formulated.
