The estimation of the effectiveness of the state crisis management toolkit at the regional labour market

Abstract: The article analyzes the main instruments of the employment regulation that were the measures of the state crisis management at the labour market of Sverdlovsk region in 2009-2010. Also the authors estimate the quality of content and implementation of the regional programs such as "The departmental targeted program of employment assistant for inhabitants of Sverdlovsk region in 2009-2010" and "The departmental targeted program of employment supporting for inhabitants of Sverdlovsk region in 2010".
