Theoretical backgrounds of investigating of intellectual and human capital

Abstract: The article considers theoretical aspects of intellectual capital of enterprise. The distinction between intellectual and human capital is established. The coincidence of an object of research of intellectual capital theory and of enterprise innovative development theory is shown. The concept of «intellectual potential of enterprise» is entered and its structure is explained.
