Concerning forming small-scale entrepreneurship in monosectorial subnational entities

Abstract: The consideration in the article is given to the mythology emerged in the scientific environment relative to small-scale business as well as the notice is made of the author’s vision of ways of solving particular tasks including the following: differentiating and specifying the terms «small-scale» and «medium-sized» business; interpreting system-organized monitoring of small-scale manufacturing entrepreneurship and public support of this kind of activity; keeping balance of interests of economic entities, hired labour force and local (municipal and regional) authorities; investigating real potential of small-scale entrepreneurship and opportunities of its enhancement; forming phenomenon of subsidiary private responsibility in the sphere of socio-economic relations concerned.
