Particularly human development regions in modern Russia

Abstract: Complexity and multivariate categories of human potential authors have concluded that the methodology for calculating the index of human development should proceed from the multidimensionality of the category. The proposed approach allows one to develop a methodology for measuring structural changes and describe its development in the regions of Russia. Provided in the classification of types of human development has enabled the identification of regional characteristics of its development. Empirical data allows the conclusion about the intensive nature of human development in the regions.
