Abstract: In article the authors suggest to apply a system-synergetic approach to a complex assessment of mineral resources within methodology of spatial subsurface use. This approach will allow considering the factors arising in modern world economic space under the influence of processes of internationalization, integration and globalization. Authors give methodical tools of a complex assessment of mineral resources taking into account social, ecological and spatial factors in the conditions of uncertainty. Such estimate is expedient to carry out at all stages of prospecting works, including the earliest stages. At finishing stages of prospecting works, it is necessary to carry out an assessment of efficiency of the investment project on development of mineral resources, including estimates of the budgetary efficiency and efficiency of participation in the project of the enterprises and shareholders.
