Abstract: Nachdem sich die Weltkonjunktur im III. Quartal etwas abgeschwächt hatte, belebte sie sich Ende 2010 wieder. Impulse erhielt sie vor allem von den rasch wachsenden Volkswirtschaften in Südostasien. Wie die aktuellen Indikatoren zeigen, hält die Erholung Anfang 2011 an. Rohstoffe verteuerten sich zuletzt erheblich. Gemäß dem aktuellen WIFO-Konjunkturtest setzt sich der Aufschwung auch in Österreich fort.
