Abstract:
AbstractOne of the specific features of big construction projects is that a lot of firms, heterogeneous in business orientation and size, take part in them. It has been perceived in practice that project participants' organizational structure adjustment, optimal organizational structure selection depending on market peculiarities, as well as the project itself, have a great impact on the success of a project. Modern organizational structures are described in the paper, and an example of a successful participants' organizational structure harmonization in a big project is presented.
