Abstract:
AbstractThis article aims to investigate the communication level between the two parties of the franchising system. The sample of the research is constituted exclusively from Greek franchisees. The selection of the franchisees' answers was realised after the construction of a specific software program. The findings suggest a difficult interaction and some preoccupations at the communication level in the current Greek franchising system.
