Abstract: AbstractIn the article the problem, how resources for competitiveness development should be dispensed between competitiveness factors in order to get most effective result, i.e. maximum increase of scalar function according to reliability and riskiness of possibilities of increase, is discussed. Original method of solution of stochastic programming tasks is presented as well. The accumulated purchasing power will be seen as the primary competitiveness development resource for all factors.
