Abstract:
AbstractThe present study aims at examining the factors driving entrepreneurs into franchising, while avoiding independent entrepreneurship. Besides, it examines the motives for selecting a particular branch of franchising, taking into account the degree of prior professional experience in view of choosing that branch. The study conclusions have arisen from reviewing close-type questionnaires. The study results can be summarized as connected to previous professional experience, choosing franchising over independent entrepreneurship on grounds of clear advantages, a sense of security and uninterrupted continuation of professional activity.
