Abstract: Diversity management has become a necessity in this era of knowledge. This chapter attempts to capture which are the global developments in this area. We will highlight the changes taking place in an organization from the perspective of several reasons, namely: respecting the law, ethics, the need for proximity to consumer (client), the need to create a climate of innovation and creativity in organizations, the need of change, not least the organizational performance. All these aspects will be analyzed from the perspective of 2020 strategy.
