Abstract: This “case study on the onboarding of employees in the hospital sector” gives all interested parties the opportunity to acquire general knowledge in the areas of clinical management and onboarding. The problem situations or sequences described, originate from business practice, but were also developed on the basis of suggestions from everyday business life. Overall, the case study is intended to facilitate the preparation and implementation of onboarding processes in Hospitals.
