Abstract:
Progressive digitization poses a challenge for companies in the healthcare and social economy. Digitalization is associated with an increasing flexibilization of work, which can have both positive and negative effects on employees. The social partners have the task of creating the appropriate framework conditions so that the positive effects can unfold and work does not become unbounded.
