Abstract: The organizations’ competition for profit, but also the phenomena associated to the third wave have emphasized possible needs that can be met through rediscovery of spirituality, by individuals and organizations. Although the interest for this dimension has been manifested for some time, many aspects were not clarified, which is why we consider necessary to develop a review of the specialized literature.
