A predictor-corrector phase-fitted method for y″ = f(x, y)

T.E. Simos

Mathematics and Computers in Simulation (MATCOM), 1993, vol. 35, issue 2, 153-159

Abstract: A predictor-corrector method with algebraic order 4 is developed in this paper. Any stage of the method has phase-lag of order infinite. Numerical results indicate that this new method is much more accurate compared with previous methods of various orders.
