Digital Maturity improved by Digital Marketing in Harmony with e-commerce

Abstract:
There are already many common words and terms in today’s digital era or technology vocabulary. Digital commerce maturity, digital engagement, digital capabilities and digital marketing, for instance, are challenging organizations to agilely reflect and adapt to shifting trends, considering the moving forward of the new customer experiences and expectations. The always new e-commerce is considered one of the oldest categories of the marketing technology landscape, and we are witnessing a true organizational challenge of building and orchestrating the next generation of commerce capabilities.
