Abstract: It’s the real time now for e-commerce business to better understand the role of e-fulfillment within the sociotechnical complexity, considering the sequential nature of the order process within omnichannel landscape. There is no doubt about the need to pay attention to the chain of circumstances of the many challenges confronted by the last mile delivery, identifying affordable delivery alternatives for SMEs. Last mile delivery remains a key differentiator in ensuring the success of integrated omnichannel retailing, improving CX.
