Getting Marketing in Perspective of Agentic Society

Abstract: Marketers are struggling to reshape sales-marketing relationship within AI-driven workflows’ orchestration. Special attention is paid to marketers’ concerns on the path to Agentic Economy, and in perspective of Agentic Society. The infrastructure building for agentic commerce is already progressing with full intensity. Now it’s time to take practical steps to improve human and digital workforce synergy, keeping pace with the evolving enterprise agents, and reimagining the end-to-end phygital marketing process.
