Abstract:
Organizations which until 2009 were profitable in 2010, profits have fallen considerably, making firms to turn increasingly towards more virtual environment. The Internet has become nowadays the best way to increase profit due to limited costs, reduced time, especially due to firm-customer interactivity is growing considerably. In the information society in which we live, the need for communication arises from the customer's desire to save money and time because of our age customers are always connected people to information, for which services are offered in digital ways always advantageous and convenient. So companies adapt to market dynamics, using pull- type strategies, which helps develop the competitive environment forcing companies to offer products and services at high standards.
