Abstract: The analysis of “Herzberg bifactorial concept” emphasizes the influence of job satisfaction on motivation, establishing both the factors that motivate the individual’s work and those that lead to professional satisfaction/ dissatisfaction. Herzberg's work is based on the idea of increased job responsibility and the “quality of professional life”.
