Abstract: In the present, the Romanian companies are faced with a phenomenon consisting in increasingly taking decisions based on uncertainty and risk as a result of the permanent process of transforming the economy, and as a consequence of carrying out the activities of privatization, restucturation and internationalization of activities. As a result of its complexity, many risks are come along with it. But, mention can be made of important advantages in the case of the Romanian companies that make use of the strategic decisions
