Abstract: Abstract In every change, politics plays a role as different people jockey to represent their particular interests. Some of us love these organizational politics because of their intrigue, while some of us dislike them because of their potential to wreak havoc. However, all of us would likely agree that ignoring the politics of change is a recipe for trouble.
