Evaluate the importance of online and offline communication through various forms of information. Compare the importance of various forms of online and offline information with the importance of several hotel services. Analyse tourist online and offline information in Madrid in relation to tourist interest. Establish practical implications of the study conducted in order to improve communication efficacy.
