Chapter Chapter 26 in Divestitures and Spin-Offs, 2018, pp 313-330 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Most organizations need to secure their networks from both outside and within the business, as well as in the cloud, but during a divestiture, merger, or acquisition, this need for cybersecurity gets elevated. The organization is in a state of flux throughout the transaction period, with significant changes to the enterprise network and security configurations, user profiles, and business-critical applications that may be opening the door to cyber threats.
