Abstract Spain | Jose Filipe Torres is the founder and CEO of Bloom Consulting with HQ in Madrid. He has been advising multiple countries in nation—and place branding since 2003. Jose contributes to the World Economic Forum on matters of nation branding and has been a guest speaker at some of the most prestigious universities, such as HARVARD, the London Business School, and the Stockholm School of Economics. He is the initiator of Bloom Consulting’s Country Brand Ranking and the author of Nation Brand Builders (2019).
