Abstract Dubailand is one of the most ambitious leisure development project in the world which is estimated to cost $64.3 billion. It is a tourism, entertainment and leisure complex being built in Dubai and owned by Tatweer of Dubai Holding. The Dubai Holding company is a global investing corporation with a number of real estate projects. The company focuses on different sector such as financial services, consultancies, hospitality, theme parks etc.
