Abstract:
Abstract The term kata comes from Japanese martial art and describes the detailed definition of movement sequences. Through practice and application, these become routine and internalized to such an extent that they are practically reflexively carried out without thinking. Transferred to the management of organizations or companies, kata means the development and anchoring of routines in thinking and acting on all organizational levels.
