A chapter in Business Success in Africa, 2024, pp 355-361 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This book set out to provide a holistic view of how to conduct business in Africa successfully. To that end, it followed a business model logic to touch upon all critical business dimensions. The book provides various perspectives by combining conceptual chapters written by academics with chapters authored by managers on specific business issues they face in their day-to-day work in African markets. The perspectives also vary due to the broad geographical locations of authors, many of whom are from Africa, the variance in industries, and the African countries in which the business experiences were made. We hope this has provided a broad and insightful reading, enhancing knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing.
