Chapter Chapter 8 in Integrated Project Management and Control, 2014, pp 105-114 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract ProTrack is an acronym for Project Tracking, which is a synonym for project control. It has been developed as an integrated project management and control software tool based on research done at the Operations Research and Scheduling (OR&S) research group of Ghent University. The integration between baseline scheduling and risk analysis to facilitate and improve project control lies at the heart of ProTrack. The integrated project management and control theme of this book has been largely inspired by numerous research and consultancy projects that have finally resulted in the development of the first ProTrack version.
