Chapter Chapter 9 in Integrated Project Management and Control, 2014, pp 115-127 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract P2 Engine is an integrated project management and control utility tool developed by OR-AS. It is a command-line based application containing all algorithms of ProTrack that can be called using the LUA scripting language in order to generate gigabytes of project data. It generates project baseline scheduling data and risk analysis metrics as well as dynamic project progress data that can be used for testing and validating novel research ideas. P2 Engine is mainly used as a research tool for master students and PhD students at universities, but also acts as a support tool in consultancy projects to advance current business processes with extended dynamic scheduling features.
