Abstract:
Abstract As a first priority, Assurance of Supply, is embedded in all activities of the operations. Every member of the operations team should know always the actual production pace versus its goal. Production pace should reflect out from operations reports and dashboards. In order to prevent supply stop, the production line constraint needs, by design, to have some over production capacity. Once production line stops, a task force needs to be activate. While solving production stops safe inventory will serve to ensure the supply.
