Chapter Chapter 14 in Leading and Managing in the Social Sector, 2017, pp 243-257 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract After describing some of the current challenges facing social sector organizations, this chapter presents some of the innovative responses, the way those responses serve as examples of the changing organization and leading constructs, and what skills those in “leadership” positions need to function in this complex and every changing environment. The focus of this chapter is on the different mindset and orientation to organization development these new constructs offer.
