Chapter 11 in Zero Outage, 2017, pp 109-113 from Springer

Abstract: Zusammenfassung The growing extent of legal regulations affecting IT, telecommunications, security and data privacy means that compliance is becoming an increasingly important issue. And because legal compliance is the basis for Zero Outage, it is something that should always be discussed in detail with the customer. Failure to comply with statutory regulations can result in fines, loss of orders and loss of reputation. Unfortunately, regulations and laws are normally very industry-specific, and this can present a challenge for ICT providers.
