Chapter 12 in Zero Outage, 2017, pp 115-119 from Springer
Abstract:
Zusammenfassung Following on from our detailed look at compliance, we can now address another matter that is a vital part of any set of measures and initiatives designed to improve quality: security. For without security there can be no quality. Quality relies on having effective security measures in place. However, a high level of ICT security is only possible if the quality is right. This is truer today than it ever has been, as companies of all sizes and in all industries are being forced to tackle the problem of ever escalating security demands.
