Abstract:
Zusammenfassung An effective organizational structure provides the foundations for the successful implementation of a corporate culture that ensures quality and customer satisfaction. The critical success factors are explained below. We present several typical organizational structures with their individual advantages and disadvantages and then describe the Zero Outage organization that has proved to work.
