Abstract: Abstract Research undertaken by Cranet has shown that HR management is typically awarded an only second-rank position in the various functions of business management. Although this phenomenon can be observed worldwide, the situation is particularly striking in Germany (Kabst & Giardini, 2006; Weber & Kabst, 2002).
