Abstract:
Abstract Do companies need HR development? A recent study shows that HR development and competence management processes are given high or even very high priority at every second company. Strikingly, however, only approximately 35 % of companies think that the work done in these areas is of a good enough quality (Werthschütz & Sattler, 2011).
