Chapter 1 in Adaptive IT Service Tendering, 2025, pp 1-14 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In recent years, the need for adaptive services has emerged in many sectors of the economy. While traditional tendering procedures can be effective, they always have certain limitations. We explain all the pivotal steps of the tendering process and pinpoint the milestones that are crucial for us, at which the future course of cooperation between the customer and the service provider is determined.
