Chapter 5 in Adaptive IT Service Tendering, 2025, pp 143-186 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Adaptive projects sometimes come to a standstill because the goal is unclear or too challenging to divide into smaller blocks. Managed services are usually very comprehensive, offering an overwhelming number of functions through the underlying technical products. This is why we need a set of methods that cooperatively determine and align goals in strategies, collect value potentials, and stimulate discourse to break down indivisible elements and define projects precisely. This chapter explains how our method works, its components, and its processes.
