Abstract: Abstract Process Tangram is a framework defined to provide professionals at all levels a way to identify the important tenets of a business process transformation through the “tans” of the Process Tangram. This chapter is an attempt to recapitulate what was covered through the book from the perspective of applying the framework to actual business situations.
