Chapter Chapter 4 in Tackling Malnutrition in a Complex World, 2026, pp 65-80 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, we adopt an organizational perspective by approaching the topic of healthy eating initiatives from different angles. First, we provide a theoretical overview of corporate wellness (CW) programs and diet-related interventions; subsequently, we provide some insights about the broad topic of emotional eating and stress in the workplace. Finally, we present some case studies of firms experimenting with different diet and nutrition projects; in particular, we mention a recent project involving autistic adults.
