Chapter Chapter 13 in From Total Quality Control to Lean Six Sigma, 2012, pp 57-57 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this book, literature concerning six important management systems has been reviewed in order to understand what the results achieved by the systems and the critical implementation factors of each of them are. The results and the critical implementation factors have been grouped in Table 11.1 using the PDCA cycle, showing thus a possible way of implementing the systems. Furthermore, the comparison and discussion of the findings shown in Table 11.1 has led to important conclusions and remarks.
