Abstract In Chapter 4, we spent a significant amount of time covering the customer journey. As you may remember, we talked about understanding the ways in which people interact with your brand before they make a decision. Usually, people require several interactions with a brand before committing to investing their money into whatever it is that the brand is selling or providing.
