Abstract:
Abstract ‘Fireside Talks’ are student-business co-curriculum interactions that offer students the opportunity to relate theoretical knowledge to real-life business issues being experienced by organisations, and to make recommendations to them within a warm and intimate environment. Such interactions strengthen students’ understanding of course content, whilst increasing their commercial awareness, confidence, and employability. The format is flexible across subject areas and organisation types.
