Abstract:
Abstract Organizational resilience is vital to the health and thriving of social services organizations. This chapter explores the antecedents of that resilience in leadership, communication, staff support, volunteer management, and the engagement of the ecosystem around the organization. This chapter explores the ways administrative readiness, digital resilience, and design thinking can further support building resilient organizations, which are ready to not only survive but also thrive in challenging and daunting circumstances.
